Opening times
Wheatfields Nursery is open Monday to Friday from 8:25am – 3:25pm during school term times.
The nursery follows the same term dates as Wheatfields Primary school, see http://www.wheatfields.cambs.sch.uk/website for school term dates.
Session times
Morning session 8:25am-11:25am
Afternoon session 12:25pm-3:25pm
At the beginning of the morning sessions we offer a flexible arrival time between 8:25am and 8:55am. Children can arrive at nursery any time within this half hour but no later than 8:55am.
This session closes at 11:25am.
At the end of the afternoon session, we offer a flexible pick up time between 2:55pm - 3:25pm.
Children can be collected anytime within this half hour but no later than 3:25pm.
You can choose to enroll your child for 15 hours (all mornings) or 15 hours (all afternoons) 30 hours plus 5 hours of lunch club (full time,35 hours). We also have a 30 hours continuous provision option for parents not wishing to pay for 35 hours of care per week.
Lunch club
We also provide a lunch club between 11:25am- 12:25pm for preschool aged children only. This costs £4.14 per day from September 2020. Children are required to bring their own packed lunch. Please speak to a member of staff for more details.
